This Privacy Policy explains how Alphorigo ("we", "our","or") collects, uses, stores and protects your information when you use the Rentivo mobile application. By creating an account or using Rentivo, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, profile photo, city, listing details, uploaded images and subscription information.

We also collect limited technical information such as your device model, operating system version, application version and diagnostic information to improve the stability, performance and security of Rentivo.

We use your information to create and manage your account, authenticate users, publish rental listings, improve search results, provide customer support, manage subscriptions, improve application performance, detect fraudulent activity and enhance the overall Rentivo experience.

Rentivo may request access to your camera, photo library, location and internet connection only when required for specific features. Camera and gallery access are used for uploading listing images and profile photos. Notification permission may be requested to deliver important account, listing and subscription updates.

Rentivo requests access to your location only while you are actively using the application. Your location helps display nearby rental listings and improves search accuracy. Rentivo does not continuously monitor or track your location in the background.

You can create an account using your email address and password. Email verification and password recovery may require a One-Time Password (OTP). Google Sign-In may also be available for secure and convenient account access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Subscriptions purchased within the Android application are securely processed through Google Play Billing. Rentivo does not collect, process or store your complete payment card or banking information. Payment processing is handled by Google Play in accordance with Google's policies and terms.

Rentivo does not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate and improve our services, including cloud hosting, authentication, payment processing and customer support. These providers may only use your information to perform services on our behalf and are required to protect your information.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. If you delete your Rentivo account, we will take reasonable steps to remove or anonymize your information unless retention is required by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse. While we continuously improve our security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

You may access, update or correct your profile information at any time through your Rentivo account. You may also request account deletion or contact our support team regarding your personal information. Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable laws.

Rentivo is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent required by applicable law. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or security practices. When significant changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page together with the revised Effective Date.
