Welcome to Rentivo. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Rentivo mobile application developed by Alphorigo.

By creating an account, accessing or using Rentivo, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the application.

Your use of Rentivo is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

You should use Rentivo only if you are legally allowed to enter into agreements under the laws applicable to you.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for keeping your account information correct and notifying us if any important details change.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Rentivo complies with the laws applicable in your location.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Rentivo account and keeping your password confidential.

Please do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity performed through your account is considered your responsibility.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact us immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

When you publish a listing, you are responsible for ensuring that all information, including the title, description, images, pricing and location, is accurate and truthful.

You should upload only content that you own or have permission to use.

Misleading, false, offensive or illegal content is not permitted and may be removed without prior notice if it violates these Terms.

Rentivo is a platform developed by Alphorigo that helps connect people who want to rent and list items.

Rentivo does not own, inspect, verify, guarantee or endorse the items, properties or services listed by users.

Before completing any rental transaction, users should independently verify listing details, inspect the item where appropriate and make informed decisions.

Some features of Rentivo require an active subscription.

Subscription purchases made within the Android application are securely processed through Google Play Billing.

Subscription pricing, available plans and included benefits are displayed inside the application.

Refunds, where applicable, are generally handled according to Google Play's payment and refund policies.

To help maintain a safe and trusted community, you agree not to misuse Rentivo.

This includes posting false or misleading listings, uploading illegal, offensive or harmful content, attempting to scam or defraud other users, impersonating another person or organization, violating intellectual property rights, introducing malicious software or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to remove such content and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts that violate these Terms.

The Rentivo application, including its name, logo, branding, design, interface, graphics, text and other original content, is owned by Alphorigo unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the application without obtaining prior written permission from Alphorigo.

We may suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to Rentivo if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, misused the platform or created risks for other users.

You may also choose to stop using Rentivo and request account deletion at any time through the available options or by contacting our support team.

Rentivo provides a platform that connects users who wish to rent or list items.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, availability or legality of listings published by users.

All rental decisions, communications and agreements are made directly between users. We encourage every user to carefully verify listings and exercise reasonable judgment before completing any transaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alphorigo and Rentivo shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, damage, dispute or expense arising from user-generated listings, rental transactions or interactions between users.

Our responsibility is limited to providing the Rentivo platform and continuously improving its reliability, performance and security.

Rentivo is not a party to agreements made between users and cannot guarantee the actions, quality or performance of any user or listed item.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect improvements to Rentivo, changes in our services or legal requirements.

Whenever significant updates are made, the revised version will be published on this page together with an updated Effective Date.

Your continued use of Rentivo after such changes means that you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of Rentivo shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India unless otherwise required by applicable law.
